'Spur of the Moment' Weddings
 I offer 'spur of the moment" or last minute weddings, in my office, on a cliff
overlooking the ocean, at a beach, or any other location you prefer to make your
moment memorable.
For a marriage to be valid in the State of California all
three participants, officiant, bride, and groom must be in the same location at
that time.
You don’t have to go to Las Vegas to get married.
